Alexis Bittar ships within the country that are available during the checkout process.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total for orders shipped to NY, CA, IL, DC, NC, MO, WA, and MA.
They will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price product for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt date from alexisbittar.com. Sale items and Design Your Own are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Product returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt date will receive credit as a digital gift card; no returns are accepted after 30 days. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Items purchased through alexisbittar.com may be exchanged in Alexis Bittar Boutiques within 14 days of the receipt date. The product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a printout of the original confirmation email. Online purchases will not be refunded by Alexis Bittar Boutiques.
For refunds on returned items purchased online, email service@alexisbittar.com with the subject line “RETURN AUTHORIZATION”. Include the order number and item number to be returned.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alexis Bittar is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please report any online order discrepancy within 14 days of delivery.
They offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
