Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for import duties. CLEARSTEM Skincare will honour a return from a customer if there is an allergic reaction to our products. In this case, the customer is expected to send the remainder of the products back to CLEARSTEM Skincare within 3 weeks of receiving the product, and will then be refunded in full. Other returns and refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
