As soon as your order has been dispatched they’ll send you an email with a link to a tracking service that allows you to check on progress. Sadly, in some countries, tracking doesn’t always fully cover the whole process all the way. No need to worry, this doesn’t mean that your order went AWOL. However, if your order still hasn’t arrived after the quoted delivery date has passed please get in touch with them.

Postage refunds are limited to items returned to make a warranty claim. Please send them your receipt of the postage paid. In order to be eligible for a shipping refund, you need to choose the most cost-effective carrier which, in most cases, is the national postal service of your country. Don’t forget to provide your bank details, to enable them to credit your account. If the returned faulty item is oversized or exceeds the postal weight limits please get in touch so that they can work out a mutually agreeable shipping method.
They aim to process all returns within two working days after receipt. If you are entitled to a refund, they email you payment advice. The amount will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account within seven days. If you paid for your order via bank transfer, please send them an email providing your bank details, and your account will be credited accordingly. In the case of the returned item being faulty and you making a warranty claim, they will attempt to repair the product. If the item is beyond repair they’ll send you a replacement product. If the product is beyond repair and has been discontinued, they will refund the purchase price.
As long as your order is still pending, no problem at all. Log in to your account, go to My Orders and check the order status. Best to give them a call though, if you want to change your order. However, if your order has already been processed and is about to be dispatched, changing or canceling your order is no longer possible. What you can do is refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep. This means the parcel will be returned to them, and they’ll refund any money you’ve already paid.
