Once your order is fulfilled by their delivery partners, depending on your location, shipping can take 2-7 business days worldwide. Different shipping times may apply to made-to-measure/made-to-order items. If you order from multiple CULT MIA brands and partner boutiques, your items will arrive separately. They'll email you with the tracking information once fulfilled which will supply a more specific delivery date. Fulfilment and delivery window times per product are also listed on the product page.
If you would like to return your order, please log in to your account using the person icon in the top right corner of the site. From here, press request return under your order and enter a reason.
They will then review the return request to make sure it adheres to the designer's return policy, and issue you will a free returns label.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the item being received and reviewed by the designer. Refunds often take 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
