If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or to exchange it for a different size or color within 14 days of the delivery date.

The written request should include the order number and the item code(s) of the goods to be returned and the reason for the return: refund or exchange for different sizes or colors. A confirmation email with a returns authorization number.

Customers will then receive written confirmation of their request along with the returns authorization number from customerservice@danielloboutique.it. All returns must bear the returns authorization number on the outside of the package or on the inside.
