Timilon Corporation warrants that for a period of five years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from manufacturing defects. Timon Corporation, at its option, will repair or replace the product or any component of the product found to have manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, a replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or more excellent value.

This warranty is non-transferable and is valid from the date of the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. This warranty does not cover consequential damages and/or damages resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product by failure to store, maintain and/or use the product in accordance with directions otherwise. In addition, disassembly, repair, or modification by anyone other than Timilon Corporation, acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornados will not be covered.

Customers may return products before 30 days from the purchase date with no product restocking charges. The customer must call 239-330-9650 and request an RMA on or before the 30th day of purchase. The Customer is responsible for the return transportation charges. Transportation charges can be deducted from the refund amount should you want EnviroKlenz to coordinate the pickup or provide a print-at-home label for a drop-off at a carrier partner location.

They choose the services that will be both prompt and cost-effective to the Customer based on the items purchased. They typically ship on the same or the next business day that the order is placed providing that the order is received before 2 pm EST and in stock. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, They will ship on the next available operational business day.
