With the – electronic – submission of your flight to them, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract to which you are bound for 14 days. The confirmation of receipt they sent for your offer or any further requests for information (flight details and documents, etc.) do not constitute acceptance of your offer. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by themwhen it is handed over to the contract lawyers (commission) and your notification by the contract lawyers and the contract as having come about (concluded).
They support you exclusively in enforcing the compensation claim according to Art. 7 of the Air Passenger Ordinance - compensation - together with all associated ancillary claims and interest (hereinafter referred to as claim). As a company, they are exclusively active for you in their FairPlane database as well as in the context of the collection, processing, and administration of flight, weather, and other data - information about your process status, etc.
You are obliged to inform them and the contract lawyers immediately if any payment is made directly to you by the airline or if you receive a letter/voucher from the airline. You give your express consent that the airline can only discharge them and/or the contract lawyers.
The subject of data protection is personal data such as information about your name, postal and e-mail address, date of birth, or telephone number, but possibly also usage data such as your IP address. In order to use the contractual services of FP Passenger Service GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "FairPlane"), but also for any pre-contractual inquiries to FairPlane, it is necessary for you to provide personal data and for FairPlane to store it. FairPlane will only use this personal data for the purposes described in this data protection agreement and will do everything possible to protect the personal data collected.
