Gant accepts all major debit and credit cards.

They can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour or size. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, please return it for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement after the receipt of goods at their warehouse. The length of time depends solely on your card company’s policies. Contact your card issuer for further details.

They accept returns on most purchases if they are returned in the condition that they were sold within 30 days for full-priced items and 14 days for reduced-priced or sale items (beginning on the day after you received the products). Please ensure that all items are returned in the condition in which they were sold. A return can only be accepted if the products are not used and returned to them in their original condition and packaging. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the product. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care.

Yes, with the exception of their Edinburgh and Glasgow stores, which are not currently open. From June 15th, this will be turned back on for all stores.
