If you, unfortunately, receive your good(s) in a faulty or damaged condition you also have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to return your goods up to 30 days starting from the day after you receive the goods.

Items returned due to a change of mind that is not as new in a resaleable condition will either be offered a partial refund or a refund refused and the item returned to you at your own cost. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a saleable condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to them resulting in any damage or deterioration, they will charge you for the reduction in value. If you fail to return the goods they may decide to collect them and they will charge you the direct cost of the collection. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations and EU Consumer rights directive, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days starting from the day after you receive the goods, except for perishable goods. If you wish to do this you must inform them in writing via letter or e-mail they are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
