Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately Glenmuir has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged. Orders to the US and Australia under US$1,000 should incur no import duty.

Yes. They ship Internationally.

Any unused non-personalized product(s) in its original packaging can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt. The refund will be applied to the card or PayPal account used to pay - you’ll receive an email to confirm your refund. Ryder Cup product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

They are able to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color. If you would like a different product style please return your item for a refund and re-order.

Complete the form on the reverse of your invoice sent with your parcel. Pack your item(s) along with the invoice and send back to (you may wish to use the peelable address label on your invoice):
