As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, you will find your tracking code. By clicking it, you can check the status of your parcel and the estimated delivery date. Please give the courier up to 48 hours until the tracking link is updated.

This depends on the country you want to receive the parcel in. The best way to check the shipping times and costs is by entering the checkout process. After filling out your address, you can see the shipping details. You won't be charged at this point.

Select the gift card you want to give away. After the purchase, they directly send the electronic gift card to your email. You can then either forward the email to the lucky person or print out the gift card. That way, you have a physical gift for the recipient to open.

Returns can be announced within 30 days after the arrival of the package without giving reasons.

Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the full amount of your order (purchase price, including shipping costs) from Gornation to you. The customer has to cover the cost of shipping the return. If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective or faulty, they will check this in each individual case and refund the costs for the return.

The return shipment should be sent with tracking so that you can prove that you have sent a package to them. In this case, Gornation takes the risk of the return shipment; without tracking, the risk lies with the customer.

Already-used, worn, or washed items will not be accepted for exchange or return. The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was made.
