Chocolate is particularly hard to fully protect and whilst the outer boxes may remain intact, vibration and disturbance during delivery can affect the chocolate held inside. If your order has sadly arrived damaged please contact their Customer Solutions Team using the 'submit a request button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, along with your order reference number and images of all damaged items. The team will then be able to assist you from there!
