Awesome news, your Grind coffee will be on its way to you soon. They aim to despatch all orders (subscriptions included) within 1-2 working days. Grind will always send you an automated email once your order is on the route, but if you’ve not received this after 2 days or you have any concerns please contact them at shop@grind.co.uk. If your order has been sent by a tracked service you’ll also receive the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
They’re really sorry if you were expecting your order to turn up by now and you’ve still not received it. If it’s been longer than the estimated times they advise above then please pop them through an email containing your order number and delivery address to shop@grind.co.uk and they’ll be happy to help further.
Grind offer a no-fuss refund and return policy, lasting 30 days - drop them a line at shop@grind.co.uk. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. They reserve the right to withhold any refund at any time.
Once processed your refund should be back with you within 10 working days - but please note they’re not able to process a refund until they’ve received the item/s back to their warehouse. If you’ve been expecting a refund and have not yet received it just send them through an email to shop@grind.co.uk.
