Once you have placed an order on the Hemy's online store, you will receive a tracking number with all of your delivery details via email. You should continue to receive updates on the delivery of your parcel throughout its journey.

Hemy will happily accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. Goods must be returned in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached in a new, unworn condition. Items which appear worn, damaged or missing swing tags and are not returned in the same condition it was sent out will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the buyer.

The buyer will be responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to Hemy. They strongly recommend the use of Registered Post for any returns. Hemy cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
