After all, once orders are made, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Before orders are processed on delivery, our merchant bank conducts security checks to verify all transactions made through their payment server—both the card details provided and the cardholder's billing or card registered address. During this process, if any checks are unsuccessful, they are required to ask customers for a form of ID and verification of the card details provided before safely processing the order. To protect both their company and customers, any orders requiring ID will still be debited from your account but pending until an email notification from support@hershesons.com has been acknowledged and relevant details provided to process the order.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return faulty goods within a reasonable period of time. Where replacement of faulty goods is no longer possible due to, for example, non-continuance of the product, returned defective products shall be refunded in full, including delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to them.

To return your item for a refund or exchange, please email support@hershesons.com, who will be able to provide a return authorization code. This must be done within 14 days of your order, and your item must be sent back in unused condition with all original packaging. Please note that they do not cover the cost of return postage.
