Hive accepts payment through major Credit/Debit Cards.

Hive ships within the United Kingdom.

If you have purchased Hive products directly through their website or over the phone, you’ll need to give them a call within 14 days. If a British Gas Engineer has installed your Hive product and you’d like to return it, you’ll need to let them know within 14 days from the point of installation. Call them on 0333 202 9614 and they’ll provide you with a returns number and send you a returns label. All you need to do is print it out and send it to their warehouse, free of charge. Once they receive your product, they’ll aim to process your refund within 5 working days.

You can change your email, mobile, and landline numbers in the 'My Account' section of the Hive app, found under 'Account'. Once you are in the Account details section simply tap on the icon to the right of the information you want to change, enter the new details and then tap 'Submit'. Please note: You currently can't change your personal details in the web version of the app.

The all devices list is an alternative dashboard view which just shows you all the Hive's products you have installed in a list, allowing you to navigate to them by tapping on them. You can switch between the two dashboard views by tapping the toggle icon at the top right of your dashboard.
