Since they start to process your order shortly after it is placed, in many cases it is not possible to change or modify. But they will do their best to accommodate any changes. Please understand however that is not always ‘possible’. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it.
They have a 30-day free returns and exchanges policy, which means all merchandise that qualifies as original condition, unworn, and unwashed returns and exchanges may be accepted within 30 days after receiving your item. Intimates and sleepwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging, they do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color within 30 days of your original purchase, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Merchandise sent to them must be unworn and unwashed or defective. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
Once they receive your return at their warehouse, they will issue a refund to the original payment method used when you placed your order. If the returned goods affect the secondary sale, they have the right to refuse a refund. Typically, you’ll receive the refund within 10–20 days after your return is received.
