Huion accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, After Pay and PayPal.

Huion ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. The shipping time for your order normally depends on the available shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)
• Expedited Shipping: 3-10 business days for delivery (Subject to stock availability)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and they will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, during promotional periods and special events, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.

They offer two shipping options for most regions:

Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. You can choose either of these methods during checkout, and the cost will be automatically calculated for your order.

Please note that the Standard Shipping option is only available for parcels weighing less than 2kg. If you have ordered items over 2kg, such as pen displays or large-sized pen tablets, then you must select the Expedited Shipping option.

Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.

You can request their Return & Refund Service:

• Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase) if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition.
• Within 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase) if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

• It is requested beyond 7 calendar days of receiving a product (or 30 days from the date of purchase).
• A product sent to Huion for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
• Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
• Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
• Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
• Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
• A product is not delivered to Huion within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Huion.
