After consultation with their Customer Care team, an Australia Post pre-paid tracking label will be sent to you. Securely package your product (preferably in the original box), print off the pre-paid label, attach it to the parcel, and take it to your local Post Office, which will arrange for the free return delivery.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within few weeks.
