They accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 natural days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your parcel. If you have returned your items via a tracked courier service, please track your item before contacting Customer Service to be sure your item has been received by them. They will send a confirmation email once your return has been finalised.

All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of their control).

You have received your order and excitedly open the package only to discover. Your product has arrived broken or is deemed to be faulty or, Has a manufacturer fault.
