They hope that you love all of your new Kiltane items once they arrive, but they also understand that you might change your mind later. You can return your items back to them within 28 days of receiving your order, and they will accept the return so long as the items arrive back to them clean, unwashed, and unworn in perfect condition with all of the original labels in place. All returned items will be refunded. Exchanges are not available at the moment. Please pack your return carefully as Kiltane is unable to cover the cost of returns. All goods are returned at your own risk. With that in mind, they kindly advise that you choose a tracked and insured delivery service. They cannot issue a refund until the goods are received.

Once Kiltane receives and inspects your return, they will process your return within 7 working days back to the original payment method chosen at checkout, excluding any shipping costs. International customs duties, shipping costs, and sales taxes are also non-refundable for purchases outside of the EU. Please note that Kiltane trades in GBP, and due to changes in international exchange rates, some refunds for international orders may vary slightly from the initial order value.
