All orders will be dispatched from their warehouse within 1 business day. Free Shipping will be automatically applied for orders above $50. For customers within the United States, your order should arrive between 1-5 business days. For international customers, your order should arrive between 5-15 business days, depending on location.
Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, FEDEX, and any other carriers they may use. Please note that they cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).
If you have put the wrong shipping address, please contact them at support@koprez.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped out or delivered to the wrong address, they will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your order again. They do not offer refunds to orders shipped to the wrong address.
Koprez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are already confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided. Contact them at support@koprez.com to receive a confirmation on the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customers to investigate.
Confident in their quality, all Koprez products come with a 30-day trial. The trial starts upon you receiving your package. If you are unhappy with your purchase, email them at support@koprez.com, and they will arrange your full refund.
All claims made after the 30 days trial are no longer eligible for refunds or exchange.
To qualify for the refund, items must be in the same condition that you receive them in.
Please note that items that are damaged will not be eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact them at support@koprez.com 30 days after receiving your item. They will only accept exchanges for items that are defected or damaged upon arrival.
After contact, please send them your unwanted item. Upon receipt of the article, they will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, they will refund the full purchase price of your item. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. This policy does not cover orders with the wrong shipping address.
