What is La Redoute's returns policy?
La Redoute have a 21-day returns or exchanges policy, under which La Redoute will refund or replace most items if they are returned entire, in their original packaging, unused, and with all security stickers, seals, or tags intact within 21 days of purchase. Returns are free if they fall within the parameters of La Redoute's policy.
La Redoute may return an item to you at your expense if you return it outside of La Redoute's policy (for example, if products are returned late or used), or La Redoute may accept the return but deduct a loss in value and charge for processing charges.
How do I know if La Redoute have received my return?
Please wait 14 days for your return to be processed and credited to your account. As soon as La Redoute receive your returned items, La Redoute will send you an email.
By going to My Returns in My Account, you may discover if your returned items have been credited.
If you purchased your item with a debit or credit card, or through PayPal, please wait 3 working days for the refund to be completed after La Redoute receive your item back. If you have not received your refund after this period, please Contact Us and La Redoute will investigate

If this is the case, please call the La Redoute Team on 0330 3030 199. Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 9 pm and Saturday 9 am – 4.30 pm. Otherwise, they can only cancel your order before despatch if it has not been prepared for despatch. Please check the status of your order by accessing My Orders in My Account. If the item doesn’t state ‘prepared for despatch’ or ‘despatched’, please contact them with the item details and they let you know if the order can be cancelled.
If you wish to return an article purchased on their website, you have 30 days, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process.
If you no longer have your returns form, please Contact them and include the details of the items you wish to return.
La Redoute will do their best that you receive your refund as soon as possible. At the latest, you will receive the refund 30 days after the reception of your return parcel in their warehouse return parcel.
