Engraved stone and pebbles-dispatched within 14 days. Engraved terracotta-dispatched within 5-7 working days. Bespoke illustrations-dispatched within 7 days. Art prints-dispatched within 2 days. Stationery-dispatched within 2 days. Cushions-dispatched within 3 days. Books-dispatched within 3 days.
Although every effort is made in trying to get your parcel to you in perfect condition, sometimes damages do occur. You must let them know within 48 hours of receipt of your item if it has been damaged in transit or if it is faulty. Wherever possible please email them images of the damage so they can investigate with their courier. They will send a replacement of damaged goods immediately.
