LMNTS accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal.

They will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 3.00 PM GMT will begin processing that day and be dispatched via their courier the same day. This, however, is not always guaranteed and they cannot be held responsible for deliveries that may face delays due to circumstances beyond their control.

All orders placed after 3.00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00 PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

They inspect all items for quality on inbound, and if there have been signs of wear, unfortunately, a refund request will be rejected. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact them and they can amend it for you straight away.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact them immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right as best they can. They value their customer's time and energy highly and take this stuff very seriously.

They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it might take a few days sometimes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Where an item being swapped is more expensive than the returning item, they will need to send you a PayPal invoice for the difference before shipping. Where the item is lower in price than the returning item, they will issue a digital credit note for the difference, in the form of a gift voucher for the website.
