Meetup only issues refunds to eligible organizers who started a subscription on Meetup website or through the Google Play Store. Consumer protection regulations may apply to subscribers in the European Union.
Meetup plus subscription fees are not refundable. You can request to cancel your subscription before your next payment by emailing your account manager or the email address listed in your Organizer Subscription page.
The interests you select help to connect you with groups that may interest you. By default, anyone can see a list of the interests you selected on your profile. You can hide this list from your profile in your privacy settings.
Managing your email settings will stop you from receiving certain updates including messages, replies, comments, tagged photos, product news, and group suggestions. It’s not possible to opt-out of all Meetup emails, as they need to make sure they can reach you with important information about your account, security, privacy, policies, and payments.
