Merchoid accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.

In-stock orders placed before 12 noon (UK time) Monday to Friday will usually ship the same day. It can take a little longer at busy times, like the Christmas period.

Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. You will also receive an e-mail with the estimated shipping date when you place your order. Preorder shipping dates are estimates and can change due to delays in the manufacturing process.

• For UK delivery addresses

No. All their orders are shipped to you from UK warehouses, so there are no additional costs to pay.

• For US delivery addresses

No. Any sales tax is already included in the price shown and there are no additional duties or taxes to pay.

• For other delivery addresses

If your delivery address is within the European Union, you will not be charged any extra taxes or duties. If your delivery address is outside the European Union unless your order value is very large, it is unlikely you will need to pay any extra taxes or duties, but it may happen. You will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties, fees or charges incurred when importing items to your country. Unfortunately, they cannot control these charges as they are made by your country's government, in accordance with your local laws.

If your order has not yet shipped and you want to cancel, please contact them using the form at the bottom of this page as quickly as possible. As they try to despatch in-stock orders as quickly as possible there is a limited time period in which they can cancel your order. Typically in-stock orders are packed by their warehouse within one hour, so please tell them about any cancellations within one hour of placing your order. As they have already shipped your order, you will need to return your item(s) back to them to get a refund or exchange.

• Customers in the United Kingdom

Merchoid offers a 100-day no-quibble returns policy on almost all items. You can return an item you have bought from them within 100 days from when it shipped for a full refund or exchange. UK customers are also provided with a Freepost returns address, so you won’t incur any costs for returning the item to them.

• Customers in the United States, Europe or the rest-of-the-world
