What are the delivery options to the UK?
Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. What is MESHKI refund policy?
MESHKI treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in good condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, they will happily provide customers with a full refund. Customers should notify MESHKI within 14 days from delivery date via MESHKI's hello@meshki.com.au email including the order number, a brief description of the fault in their item(s) as well as pictures that show the item fault to be assessed by MESHKI's customer service team before the item is returned. Once a customer's refund has been approved by MESHKI's staff and a notification sent to the customer, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in their account, MESHKI appreciates customers' patience during this period.
All going well, they endeavour to have your order processed and dispatched within one working day to ensure you will receive your order ASAP (unless it is a pre-order item or it is during a heavy volume sale period). You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, and in some cases, you will need to allow a few hours for your tracking to be live.
Their warehouse team process and pack orders quite quickly! So, unfortunately, they're unable to change an order once it is placed. Definitely make sure all the details are correct when you checkout.
