As part of their ongoing efforts to bring their customers the best possible shopping experience, the way they sell products and handle returns has changed as of 11 November.

If you placed an order after 11 November 2020, you can manage your order from your order details page. This can be found by logging in to My Account or, if you do not have My Account, using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Shipping details cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link that you can use to track your order.

You can cancel a pre-ordered item before that order is passed to their courier partner for processing. You cannot cancel a pre-order once that item is shipped.

You can cancel your pre-order from the link in your order confirmation email.

You do not need to return the whole order. When you are initiating the return, you can choose which items from your order you want to return. You can only make one return per order, so please ensure that you send back all of the items you don't want in one return.

If you ordered items that were featured in a bundle offer, you cannot send part of the bundle offer back. For example, if you ordered a phone that came with an accessory for free or at a discounted price, you cannot return just the phone — you must send the accessory back as well.

In the Ireland, you can return your device during the 15-day remorse period that starts on the date of delivery.
