Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days and they will send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. If you do not receive your refund and it has been 10 working days since you received their email, then you will need to contact their customer service team through the contact form.
NUXE want all of their customers to enjoy their products so if you are not happy with your order then you can send it back to them. All they ask is that you let them know that you do not want the order within 14 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened, once you have obtained your returns authorisation number you will then have a further 14 days to return your item.
As soon as they receive your order, they will review the reason for return and let you know what they plan to do next. You should receive an email to notify you of any action taken.
