If you’re looking for a promotion on your online purchase at Oasis then you’ve come to the right place. What is Oasis returns policy?
You have 14 calendar days to change your mind about your order. This two-week cancellation period begins on the day you receive all of your order's items.
If you get damaged items, you may have the right to return them and request that Oasis repair, replace, or refund them.
Defective Merchandise
Using the returns portal is completely free.
Unfortunately, Oasis do not provide refunds or exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and place a new order. Once Oasis have received your undesired items, Oasis will complete your refund.
If you have a discount code, enter it at the billing and payment step of the checkout - it cannot be applied to an existing order.
Your code may have run out of validity. Only one code can be used at a time. Some of Oasis discount codes are only valid if you choose a specific shipping option, such as next-day delivery. Make sure you haven't input the code incorrectly. Make sure you've only chosen products that are eligible for the deal.

Orders will arrive in up to 5 working days. Don't worry if you haven't received your dispatch email yet! You might not receive this email until a day before delivery. And don't forget that bank holidays and weekends are not considered working days!
The quickest and easiest way to return your order is through one of Oasis's standalone stores. If you would like to return your order to their warehouse, make sure to click on their website and choose between Hermes drop off, Hermes Home Collection or Royal Mail.
For all suitcase returns please return to your local Oasis store. If your suitcase has become damaged and you do not have a local store near you, make sure to contact customer service who will be able to assist further.
Check the delivery option you choose to make sure the day it should arrive is correct. You may look up delivery times on their website. It's late if it arrives after 9 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date. For Oasis to examine the location of your order, it must have passed the delivery date. Please contact Oasis if your delivery date has passed and have your order number handy.
Oasis apologise if you placed an order and received a cancellation email from Oasis. This is frequently due to a lack of stock in the warehouse when your order was completed. You'll receive a cancellation email and a refund via the payment method you used originally. The refund may take up to 7 days to process; this is due to the banking process, which Oasis cannot speed up.
Oasis are sorry, but Oasis can't make any changes to your purchase once it's been placed because it's processed right away at the warehouse. You'll have to place a new order or return any things you don't want.
Oasis do not accept changes to email addresses for customer account security reasons; if you need to use a different email address, please create a new account.
To add a new address or change an existing one, log into your account and go to "addresses."
You have the option of choosing how you want Oasis to contact you. Simply log into your account, click on contact settings, and untick the boxes if you don't want to hear about exciting new offers.
It's simple if you know your password! You can change your password by logging into your account using your current password and going to the account information area. If you forget your password, pick the lost password option on the account login page and follow the instructions to reset it. If it doesn't work, please contact Oasis via the 'contact us' option at the top of this page.
