To Peninsula, mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands delivery time is 24/48 working hours from the receipt of the order shipping confirmation mail. All the orders placed after 11.00 AM will take 24 labour working hours more. All the orders place after Friday 11.00 AM will be shipped on Monday. Deliveries will be made throughout the day from 8 am to 19 pm. Any special delivery time you will request will be included in the shipping notes, as an additional information to the carrier, but they cannot guaranteed that delivery can be made at this indicated time since it is the carriers which organized the delivery routes. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar and Andorra, the transit times may be 3/5 working days from receipt of the order shipping confirmation mail.
OKAA only sells 100% high quality products made in Spain, and in perfect condition, so if you exceptionally receive a defective or wrong item, please contact them at info@okaaspain.com and they will solve it as soon as possible.
The term to make an exchange is 15 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. To accept the changes items must be in perfect condition and not damaged or altered. The return shipping shall be made in the same packaging you received, if not, the item could be depreciated and the total amount to return it should be reduced it. They won’t accept changes of damaged or used shoes.
They don´t accept exchanges or returns in shocks, tights and bows for hygiene reasons once unsealed the order after the delivery.
