Osprey ships within selected countries provided during checkout.

Osprey standard delivery is between 2 to 6 business days, depending on the country to which the parcel is sent. Please note that adverse weather conditions can seriously impact these delivery times.

Osprey make every effort to deliver products within the timescales, however, delays are occasionally unavoidable. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification, which will include your tracking ID.

If your order is undeliverable, the courier will hold your order for a defined period of time (subject to courier policy) for you to collect. Should your order exceed this period, it will be returned to them and processed for a refund. You will receive a notification when your order is refunded.

If you wish, you can contact them at care@ospreyeurope.com to request re-delivery of your order and they will arrange this for you.

Yes. When your order is processed and dispatched from their warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that your parcel has been shipped. You may also be able to track the delivery of your order via their carrier’s website. You can also log in to ‘My Account’ to retrieve this information.

Osprey is sorry that you have item(s) missing from your order, but please note that due to the size of their packs, purchases may be dispatched as two separate deliveries. They recommend reviewing your Order Confirmation email first as this will indicate the expected delivery date for each item. The next step would be to track your order online via the carrier’s website, where applicable. If you have checked both of these and you still believe that there are item(s) missing, please call their Customer Services team on +44 (0) 1202 946444. Their opening hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm (UK time) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays in England).

Osprey offer a 30 day returns period. If your return complies with all statements in their Returns Policy, they will be able to process a full refund for the item(s) you return.

Osprey aim to process all refunds within 14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. If you paid by card, please also allow up to an additional 5 working days for your bank to handle the credit and post it to your account. Osprey has no control over this part of the refund process.

Please check your tracking number located on the receipt you will have obtained from the post office or courier when you sent your return. This will tell you whether the parcel has arrived at their warehouse.
