They have a standard 14-day return policy for all purchases made through their online shop. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Returns are handled on an individual basis: you will need to get in touch with their customer service team directly to coordinate your return or exchange. Remember to provide your name, order ID and let them know why the product didn’t work out for you.

Should your order arrive with visible damage, please do not accept the shipment. Refuse the damaged shipment and get in touch with them directly about a replacement.

Alternatively, should the damage appear to be very minimal, accept the shipment, but only if the courier will confirm the damage. They recommend that you take some quick photos with your phone of the damage as well, for peace of mind. Courier services do not accept damage complaints that are filed at a later date, so they won’t be able to offer compensation or exchange in such cases.
