Their standard delivery service will be between 2-4 days. If you need it more quickly, then we will happily arrange a next day service for which there would be a charge. The courier company would normally expect customers to sign for their goods, but if there is a secure place to leave the goods, they will leave them there, as long as you take responsibility in the event that the goods go missing.

They hope that you will love your Pooky products but in the event that you wish to return them, as long as they are returned to the warehouse in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt and fit for resale, they will generally cover the cost of carriage and you will be refunded in full (not available for customers outside of mainland UK). buyers from the highlands and islands, the channel islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will need to arrange their own return. They also do not offer free returns for sale items or promotional orders (these will be charged at £6 per box).
