All orders are shipped from their warehouse in the UK.

Any orders placed before 11:00 am Monday to Friday are processed the same day. This does not include the weekends and public holidays.

All orders placed after 11:00 am Monday to Friday and during weekends will be processed the next business day.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.
