Rohnisch ships within selected countries that are provided during checkout.
During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date for your order. After placing your order, you'll be notified every step of the way and will be provided with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.
You can check your order status online at any time after it's placed. If your order has been dispatched, you'll see a link to track your package. Please see their order status definitions.
Place a new order stating the required size/colour and then return the product by following their returns policy. Contact their customer service at support@rohnisch.com and enter the new order number to receive free shipping for the exchange (when exchanging goods below the free shipping limit). No return shipping costs are paid for exchanges.
When changing colour, size or product, return shipping costs will not be charged. Make sure you provide the new order number on the return slip. Read more information about exchanges under the heading “Exchanges”.
Once the return has been logged at Rohnisch, you will be notified by e-mail. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the package and using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
