If you would like to cancel an order, a request must be made to info@savannahs.com within 15 minutes of placing an order, clearly stating your order number and reason for cancellation. Savannahs will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, they cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.

You will receive a cancellation notification by email if your order is cancelled. In most cases, an explanation will be provided in the email. However, in some cases, an explanation is not provided and cannot be requested.

Items can only be exchanged for the same style and cannot be changed for a different colour, heel height, or style. Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size at the time your return order is received and exchange is processed. They will do their best to ensure your exchange request is fulfilled; however, should the requested size not be available, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued to the original form of payment.

To guarantee the availability of your exchange, it is recommended to place a new order for the desired size.

Savannahs offers one exchange per order, based on stock availability. If you are still not happy with your exchange, you can return your order a second time, and a gift certificate will be issued.
