When you book with Siblu, the deposit makes up 20% of the total price of your booking, after all, discounts.
To make changes to your travel dates, party details, or accommodation, or add extras to your reservation (Towel, Linen Packs, or Travel Insurance for example), please contact their bookings team on 0208 610 0186.
Whether you book online or on the telephone, Siblu will send you a booking confirmation with all of your reservation details, including your booking reference number which you will need upon arrival at your Siblu, If you have not received a booking confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch.
Accommodation will be available from 4 pm until 8 pm on the day of your arrival. Siblu teams will be on hand to meet you at reception. If you are arriving after the reception has closed, your Welcome Pack will be available from the late arrivals box close to the main reception. Please vacate your accommodation by 10 am on the day of your departure, in order for them to prepare for their next guests.
