SpoofCard accepts all major Debit/Credit Card.
When you are looking to change the card from your account, what you will need to do is purchase credits using your new form of payment. This will add the new card information to your account for you. You can find all of your cards available by clicking on this link and logging in to your account: http://www.spoofcard.com/account/credit-cards. Once you have one form of payment available, you can delete the rest from your account.
Their accounts will require you to maintain at least one valid form of payment on the account. If you would like to remove the last card, please contact their Support Team and they would be more than happy to help you out. You can contact their Support Team by accessing their Live Chats, available Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 AM to 4 PM EST.
If your calls are constantly ringing and never reach your destination or connect but disconnect shortly afterwards, there may be a billing issue on your account. Please contact their Billing Department directly by calling the phone number found on your bank or credit card statement.
Their Billing Department can then get this resolved for you immediately. The billing department is available 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
SpoofCard will retain your call recording for one year from the date of the call. If the recording is required past this timeframe, please download it from your account onto your computer via a .mp3 file. If you have any questions about your recordings, please let them know by emailing them at Support@SpoofCard.com or reaching out to their Live Chats.
These recordings are pulled directly from your account on their servers. Once a recording is deleted, it would also delete the recording from its servers. Unfortunately, once the recording is deleted, they would no longer be able to retrieve any recordings.
To ensure that you do not delete the recording by mistake, they have added the function to download the recording as a .mp3 file to your computer. This way, you can download any recordings you have and use them at any time.
