Spotahome charges the tenant a first rent payment of either one week or one month, depending on the city, when you confirm the booking. Spotahome will transfer this amount to you minus the Landlord commission 48 hours after the tenant moves in.
You set the price for the properties you list on Spotahome. If you wish to change this price, you can do so at any time via your Landlord Panel. You also have the option to set a seasonal price, which varies by the month.
Listing your property with Spotahome is free. Spotahome charges a commission, based on you accepting a booking request from a tenant. This commission will be deducted from the first rent payment.

In case of an early departure of the tenant, please contact Spotahome customer service at hello@spotahome.com and include the Booking ID and an overview of the situation. They will look into your case and consider whether a refund of the commission is due. Please also access your Landlord panel to update your availability, so they can begin to send you new booking requests.
You can advertise furnished rooms in shared apartments, studios, entire properties regardless of the number of bedrooms, rooms in student residence halls, shared rooms in properties with a live-in landlord/landlady.
Spotahome collects a commission from the landlord only when the booking request has been accepted. The commission is calculated by multiplying the total contract value by the percentage of the commission that has been assigned to the landlord.
