If you would like to return an item to them, please contact their customer service (by telephone at +43 (0)50 1492โ1111 or by email at onlineshop@stiegl.at from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.). They will then send you a return slip and label by email.
Please print out both, fill out the return form and place it in a shipping box together with the item in question, if possible in the original packaging. Now stick the return label on the shipping box. Please make sure that the label with which they sent you your order can no longer be seen. Drop off the return shipment at your nearest post office.
As soon as they have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
If several items from different orders are returned, all return slips for the respective orders must be enclosed with the package.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact them (Stieglbrauerei zu Salzburg GmbH, Attn. Braushop, Kendlerstraรe 1, A-5017 Salzburg, Fax: +43 50 1492-1277, Email: onlineshop@stiegl.at ) using a clear Statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
You have the option to return your unused and undamaged goods within 14 days. After checking within 14 days, you will receive written feedback from our customer service.
If it is complete and correct, the amount you paid will be refunded to you via bank transfer.
If the goods are damaged by their supplier, they ask you to contact them within 14 days of receipt of the order at onlineshop@stiegl.at or by telephone from Monday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on +43 50 1492-1111. In general, they will exchange the goods immediately after checking the damage. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
