If one or more products do not correspond to what you ordered, send them a photo of the products received, and your order number. If the error is confirmed, they will immediately send you the products you ordered.

All your invoices can be accessed online by clicking on ‘My Account’ and ‘Invoices’. You should have received an email attaching a PDF of your invoice. Like many other companies, they have decided to stop automatically issuing paper invoices for environmental reasons.

This applies to sealed products only. Except for any error on our part, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, for a refund in the form of a credit against a future purchase or purchases.
