Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package.
To qualify for a return, your Swole Panda purchase must arrive at Swole Panda within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to their warehouse facility. In order to process your return, your purchase must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in condition. At that time, Swole Panda does not cover the cost of return postage back to their warehouse. Products returned without the original packaging, damaged, worn, or opened will not be processed. If your product is not eligible for a refund, they will not be able to ship back your merchandise.
If your return package arrives at Swole Panda within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from Swole Panda.
