• Theo + George has partnered with DHL for domestic and international order shipping. Theo + George made this choice in order to achieve the full support and control they think you deserve.
• With DHL you will receive an email and/or text message when your order has been dispatched. You can then customise or modify your delivery instructions so that you never miss the delivery.
• DHL also enables you to arrange a returns pick/up or drop off to suit your schedule.
• Shipping within Ireland is free of charge.
• Expect your order to get to you within 2 days.

Follow these three simple steps to participate in the Theo + George try before you buy scheme:

• Pay only for what you keep- Once Theo + George has received the return shipment they will process the payment and only charge your card for what you decided to keep! Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If you need to organise a return to Theo + George, use the guide below:

• All purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. These items must be unworn and unwashed and returned in original packaging.
• Refunds for store credit are free and include free shipping on your next order (Ireland and EU countries only). In Ireland only one pre-paid return label is provided per customer.
• Simply navigate to 'MyDHL' with your waybill number ready. From there you will be able to arrange a collection time and place that works for you. Click ‘schedule a pickup’ then click ‘NO’ enter the WayBill Number that is under the top barcode on the return label and schedule a pick-up from DHL. Or you can ring DHL on 01 870 1555 to schedule the pick-up.

• If you want to exchange an item please notify Theo + George within 14 days of the purchase.
