Torrid accepts all major Debit and Credit cards.

Torrid ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

All orders take 1-2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping method used. Please keep this in mind when selecting shipping options. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Torrid may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address be accurate and current.

They are starting to open their stores back up. Due to the shipping and receiving delays at their distribution center, they strongly advise that you return items to a local store once they reopen in your area. They have extended their return policy and will gladly accept your returns for up to 30 days after they open their stores. You can check the status of your local Torrid with their Store Locator.

If you need to ship your return by mail, please note: that they've adopted new practices to protect their employees. Their online return policy is temporarily adjusted to 90 days from the purchase date for all existing and new orders.
