Your order will be despatched by Parcelforce and can take approx. 5 days for delivery from confirmation of despatch. To ensure your parcel reaches you, a signature for delivery is required. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver, they will try again. If after 3 attempts they have been unable to obtain a signature, the parcel will then be available for collection from the depot.

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: Vivara Österreich only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on their part or because it is defective, they will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to them.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Vivara Österreich, CJ WildBird Foods Ltd, 13 Upper Baggot Street, Second Floor, DUBLIN 4, IRL or 01 539 8442 or sales@birdfood.ie of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
