They hope you will love everything that you order from them, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. Your return will cost 25 USD. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of their stores. Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable. How to return: A return note is included in your parcel. On the return note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning. Include this in the package. If you no longer have this form, you can print a new one here. Re-use the original packaging, tape the parcel securely, and attach the return label. Return options: Visit UPS to book your return, print a return label, and schedule a pickup.

If your custom-made items are defective or damaged, please contact Weekday Customer Service.

They’ll give you a full refund using the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach their warehouse. They ask that items be returned clean, unworn, and with all their tags on. For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. Personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable.
