Weird Fish delivers to all over in the world.

They strive to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a dispatch email to let you know when this has happened. Dispatch may be longer during busy periods. If you have paid for next day delivery your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3 pm Monday-Friday, and the next working day if ordered after 3 pm any day, or ordered on a Friday-Sunday. Please note that bank holidays will also affect delivery times.

You can track all UK standard and Next Day orders placed with them to the point of delivery. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email, or you can contact them and they will be able to get the tracking information for you.

You can track International Parcels with Royal Mail until they leave the country and then you will need to track them with your local postal service. There will be a tracking number in your dispatch email or in your order history. You can also contact them with your order number so they can track the order for you.

All orders will come with a delivery note which is also your returns form. To send an item back you will need to select a return reason code, and also tell them the reason for return. If you require a refund you only need to fill in this one side, if you require an exchange, please fill in the exchange information side of the form.

There is a returns postage label attached to your form which can be peeled off and attached to your returns parcel. If you are within the UK mainland this label will include a Royal Mail FREE postage stamp so there is no charge to return. If you are outside of the UK mainland you can still use this address label, but you will need to cover the costs of the return postage. Please request proof of postage receipt from the post office. If you have misplaced your form or you don't have one, please contact them.

If you use the free postage label provided please allow 7 working days for this to get back to them. They will then process the refund within 5 working days of receiving the return. This can take longer during busy periods.
