For the territories of the European Union, sales taxes and customs taxes are calculated according to the destination of your order and all prices include VAT or equivalent tax in force in your territory. If you are ordering from overseas departments or territories outside the European Union, the prices displayed will exclude sales and customs taxes, including French VAT. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs taxes, and local sales taxes imposed by the territory in which you receive your products.

Your order tracking will be sent to you by email. You can also follow the progress of your order by logging into your Zadig & Voltaire account. If you made your purchase without creating a customer account, you can access the tracking of your order via the Track my order tab.

You have 15 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return your products. To be able to make a return, your products must be kept in perfect condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and provided with their labels. Returns must be made from the same territory where the order was delivered. Important: They consider sheet masks a hygiene product that cannot be returned.
